Honda Motorcycles has launched its first 300cc flex-fuel bike, the Honda CB300F Flex-Fuel. If you want to enjoy eco-friendly riding and are also looking for a powerful bike, then this could be the perfect choice for you. Let’s take a look at the specifications, price, and features of this bike.
What is a flex-fuel bike?
Flex-fuel technology means that the bike runs on a mixture of petrol and ethanol. Specifically, the bike will run on a fuel consisting of a mixture of 85% ethanol and 15% petrol, called E85. This not only reduces fuel consumption but also reduces pollution. The bike is a big step as part of the government’s plan to introduce E20 fuel by 2025.

Design
The Honda CB300F flex-fuel bike looks exactly the same as its standard model. With its LED headlights, and sharp bodywork, it looks like a sports bike. Available in two colors – Sports Red and Matte Axis Grey Metallic.
Engine and performance
This bike is powered by a 293.52cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine, which produces 24.5bhp of power and 25.9Nm of torque. It has a 6-speed gearbox with an assist and slipper clutch, which makes gear shifts even smoother. The biggest feature of this bike is that it performs excellently on E85 fuel as well.
